My lovely sister bought me this cookbook while she was in London. Almost makes me not hate her for going to cool places while I freeze in Montreal. (Seriously, it just keeps getting colder). Jamie's Shepherd's pie recipe was the first one I tried and I loved it. He adds lemon zest to the mince and it gives a lovely, light fragrant flavor to something that's normally very... beefy. I also cooked with veal for the first time and quite enjoyed the results.
